BCBG: Where Did the Knee Go?!

Although a late start to the show it was well worth the wait. Starting out with crisp white pieces trimmed in wide black bands, on flowing fabrics accessorized with nude clutches and body harness.

Calf is the new length because just about every dress that brisk down the runway sweep across the calf of fresh faced models.

I adored the brief case like clutch bags in nude and muted tones that accessorized each models arm. The shoes although low in heel height had great ankle like cuffs to fill in the spaces of the calf length pieces, and as always BCBG is known for their intricate and delicate prints. Sheer and lace fabric peeked from underneath leather harness that were strapped across the chest of the models to pull the pieces together.

All in all the highlight of this collection was the soft delicate lace fabric placed under heavy hardware and tucked into nude toned leather cropped pants and calf length skirts. Color wise fresh whites and nudes with soft pops of dusty roses and lavender laced into intricate cut-outs on the backs and arms of these chic models. Great show as always, great seam play and interesting takes on color.

Stay Chic! Don't forget to stop by the new addition to the fashion family, come and see Precious Couture the fashion kids versions of V&V were the mini's get to be as fashionable as the adults.
